SARI

The objective of the foundation is to promote the development of underprivileged children in India by means of funds raising to be used by local organizations.

As of 2004 Gerard Helmink made business trips to India and subsequently privately with his wife Alei Helmink. During these trips, they were confronted with the huge poverty and the idea was born to make a contribution to the development of these underprivileged people and especially the children. The foundation SARI was erected in 2007 to facilitate this.
